contempt of court

my x has not payed cs in 9 years now he wants him for the holidays we were in florida for 3 weeks and my x took off when we got thereand never returned till we left. i need to know if i can keep my son here and not send him even if x pays for trip

If you want to stop or limit visitation you need to get a court order allowing you to do so.
