Custody Question
My ex-wife nearly ten years ago signed over all rights, via adoption granted to my parents, of our daughter who lives(and aways has) with me. Now thirty minute ago, out of nowwhere, she contacts me and informs me that she intends to have the case re-opened. Is this possible?

If your parents adopted your daughter, the adoption terminated the parental rights of your ex and yourself. She would have no right to reopen the case. The time for appeal has long since passed, as has the time to move for relief from judgment.
