Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my daughters dad wants to change her last name to his. we've already been before a judge ,and the judge denied the name change. he wants to take me back about it again. will the the new judge reverse it>

It is unlikely that one judge will reverse another judge's ruling, especially when new evidence is not presented or sufficient grounds to do so.
