divorced through german court. My ex husband is Florida resident and prior military. He is working as a civilian overseas. Have been married for 34 years , 17 of them while in the military. Can I file for military retirement benefits and TSP benefits through Florida court?

Depends on what your divorce documents stated in your case in Germany. If you did not ask for these things you will probably not be allowed them now. You really need to consult with a military divorce attorney.
