equitable distribution
I am going through a divorce, I have been married for 10 years, I purchase a condo 3 years before I got married , my wife lived with me in the same condo from the day I bought it, actually we lived together in a rental before the purchase of the condo, her name is not on the deed. is this premarital asset? the condo has increased in value during the marriage, does my wife get half the increse in value during the marriage, that is what her lawyer is telling her, the law might differ from county to county, I live in miami-dade county. thanks
