My ex-wife forged my signature to request a passport for my son without my authorization. My son had a travel alert, so I was contacted by the department of state and by looking at my passport signature and the signature on the notarize form, they look very different. My questions are: Should I demand for fraud? Will the department of state do something besides rejecting de passport application?

You should probably report the forgery to the FBI.
