Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Please help me

I am fifteen years old. I live with my grandparents and they have custody of me in the state of Florida. My mother and I have been talking about her getting custody. I would love to live with my mother and she lives in Ohio. What can we do?

Who gave your grandparents custody? If it was a court, your Mom needs to go back to that court and petition for a modifcation of custody. If she calls the court and tells them what she wants, they wil taell her what she needs to do. If her parental rights were TERMINATED, there is nothing she can do. If she voluntarily gave your grandparents custody she can just ask for it back.
