Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Gen Magistrate Ruling

I filed and won charges of contempt when my ex-wife failed to follow the terms of our final agreement. She was also awarded all fees and has to pay me child support. We currently have 50/50 custody, she just filed for full custody in response to this judegement. Will a judge give an merit to this claim and how do I avoid losing time with my daughter due to my ex-wife not wanting to part with her money?

Re: Gen Magistrate Ruling

You won and she was awarded all fees. That means she has to pay them?

If you won, her filing for FULL custody doesn't make sense. How would her position improve over the last hearing she lost on?

Her way of getting out of paying the child support is to go on the offense and get FULL custody.

I don't see her getting it but then I don't know what she is claiming to support the custody issue.
