Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Helping my mom

My mom lives in costa rica with her husband and she is thinking about filling for divorse. I want to know some things to help her. They lived in florida for few years and moved to costa rica about 10 months ago. i want to know if she would get anything if she would get a divorse. I don't want her leaving without anything. They have been married for 6.5 years. The house is under his name and the cars are under his name. I think the bank account is under both of their names, and i think she has few credit cards. Please help me find some info. She can't talk to anyone cause he has a short fuse so i doing it for her. Please, and thank you
