Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Me and my kids have been living in Florida for 4 yrs, but their father lives in NYC. I've been having problems of him paying his back payment and child support. I petitioned the court a couple of time regarding to this situation and the support magistrate still allows him to get away with it. How can I move my support child case in Florida? and if I can't transfer my case how can a change support magistrate or have a judge to look at my case.

You failed to indicate which state the case is pending. You must object to the Magistrates findings. Suggest you retain counsel.
