Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We live in Florida, my husbands divorce from ex wife was in 2009, the house was awarded to him alone, however in 2010 she took him back to court and they modified there original agreement to state that he would have until July 1 2012 to refinance the home, however no where in either agreement does it address having to sell the home, he has been unable to obtain refinancing due to credit scores and we did get behind on the payments due to myself being in a car accident and out of work for several months.. Can a judge make him sell it is the agreements don't state having to sell??? Thank you for your time

The other party can file a action for partition which would force the sale of the property.
