Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Mother has primary custody. Father got injunction on behalf.of.kids against mothers husband. Husband has moved out. Father still refuses tp return kids and has enrolled them in school 2 counties away. Mother filed motion to pick up and judge said set a hearing. Hearing is set for 4 months away. Can mother pick up kids fro school and bring them home still?

If the restraining order gives him custody then that order contols the case and you need to file a motion asap. If the restraining order does not say that he gets custody then yes you can get the kids.
