Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Do I have any options?

I need to know how I can get my husband out of the house. He refuses to go and I won't leave without the kids, which he also refuses to let go.

As far as resources go, he is better off in that area. I'm at a loss to exactly to do as far as keeping the kids are concerned with less money than he has. He wants custody, and so do I. He threatens me every time I try to leave with the kids that he will get custody, and I'm afraid to do anything that will jeopordize my custody. I can come up with a modest amount, but not comparable to what he can. Do I have an out?

Re: Do I have any options?

Are you going to file for a divorce or do you just want him out of the house? Whether you are seeking a divorce or support without a divorce you can file an action requesting exclusive use and possession of the marital home. Don't let his threats get to you rather retain an attorney and get moving in a direction that is better for you and your kids. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
