Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My partner and I been living together in my home for nine. The relationship has ended and I have asked him to leave he refuses to leave on the grounds that he did some remodeling in the home . How do I legally get them out of my house ?

If he was paying rent, then evict. If not paying rent, then file an ejectment. If he feels he is owed money then let him plead that in his response to the eviction and/or ejectment.
