Paternity/ Child Support

My husband of 20 years has had doubt about a child of 20 being his, never was there a paternity test and or a court ordered child support for this child, (his name is not even on the Birth Certificate).

Now after 20 almost 21 years the mother wants to sue him for paternity and try to get back child support.

Is there a possibilty that she can do that?
