my wife just decided to move out and take her stuff after few years of marital problems.Is that concidered abandoment of a marriage?and what can i do to end the marriage.

You just need to file for a divorce and file for temporary needs of the home and furnishings so that she can not come and go as she pleases until the divorce is final.

To end the marriage, you will need to file a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage to begin the process. Whether or not she has abandoned the marriage is not necessarily an issue since Florida is a no-fault divorce state.
