Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida
Fmla
If using FMLA leave, does earned annual and sick leave count towards the 12 weeks? I was counting only unpaid leave, then was told by my employer that earned leave also counted towards the 12 weeks.

generally yes. FMLA pertains to the entire amount of time off of work, nit just the unpaid portion.
