Boyfriend left, we owe properties in tenent
My boyfriend left the relationship, but we have an open line of credit on a property I paid cash for, but put his name on the deed. How do I cancel the open line of credit. I called the bank and they said I am on the mortgage for the loan but not the note and they will not talk to me.
