Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I dated a lady for 9 years and we lived together in my house for 3 of those years.

4 months ago she passed away.

I got served by her Daughter claiming things she wants from my house that she says where her Mothers or pay her $2500.

She has listed things that belong to me, that I have owned for many years. How do I stop her from taking them ?

Thank you

Billy.

In your answer to the complaint, deny that the property belongs to the daughter. The question is under what authority does she have any interest in the property? By a will? Are there other children? What interest do they have if any? Have her produce the will. Seems like most of the items probably had been gifted to you over the years.
