Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Do I have a liability issue if I contact the attorney handling the forclosure of my nuisance neighbors' property and request they expedite the process based on the history of police calls and code enforcement complaints on the homeowners at the address? These people have been in forclosure since May of 2010 and must have worked out some sort of agreement since they paid the taxes on the property and are still there. I am at my wits end with these people who have deprived me of enjoying my own property, threatened me, and engaged in various attempts at intimidation. Thanks.
