Names on Banking Accounts

88 y.o. mother has daughter and son on banking account. If daughter is sued can mother and son also be sued because of this one banking account

Not if the suit has nothing to do with the banking account. If the daughter is being sued for something that she did, the others are not liable just because they have a checking account with her.
