Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

return of personal property by a roomate

I have a client who was detained by the immigration for about three months. when he got released, he found out that his roomate has sold all of his personal property.

I was wondering if anybody has a sample claim that I can use. also, the maintenance person for the apartmant buiding helped the roomate move the stuff out. I wonder if we can sue the condo association as well.

The items are worth about $15,000.00.

Please help!!
