small claim suit against non-resident of county

I live in Seminole County and want to file a

law suit against my daughters husband to

compensate me for the complete care,

housing, and transportation of her for 2

years after she had an accident and was

wheel chair bound. He lives in Polk county

and has never provided a home for my

daughter.

Sorry that you had to take care of your daughter. You cannot sue her husband for what you did, however.
