Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I've been sued by an Insurance company due to a car accident my exhusband was involved while we were married 7 yrs. ago by Florida Law I am responsible because I was the owner of the vehicle and insured under my name he was the secondary driver, problem is that I was not involved in the car accident at all also we did not have B/I. What is your advised?

If you have not already done so, immediately notify your insurance company of the suit. Also, if the case is in Florida,you need to file an answer and defenses to the complaint within 20 days of being served or a default will be entered against you. You should retain an attorney to handle this for you.
I agree with the prior opinion; however, I suggest you see a lawyer who handles personal injury caes.
