Wendy's Drive Thru

a man from FL on foot is refused service at night when walking up to a drive thru at Wendy's. He then has to cross US19 at night (one of the most dangerous roads in the US) he is hit by a car while trying to get to the MacDonald's and is now in critical condition

It might be tough to prove that Wendy's is reponsible for his decision to walk across a highway, but you should consult a local FL personal injury attorney.
