Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
cancellation of contract
I have sign a contract with a hospital but it has been 2 weeks and have not got the contract signed back. Can I cancel the contract? Of note there is a clausule that says: ''You understand that this agrrement wont be legally binding on you or us until it has been reviewed and approved in writing by you and our CEO AND you have actually received a copy of the fully signed agreement.

If they have not signed you can cancel. Do it in writing by facsimile.
