When applying for citizenship, can one travel out of the US? and if so, for how long? Want to travel to Guyana from Florida for a period of 1 month

Yes, a person can travel abroad for a short period of time after submitting application for naturalization, provided that they don't miss any scheduled appointments and don;t break continuity of residence.
