Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have a buisness and want to bring someone from India on an H 1 visa. I need an attorney who set up the process for me to bring people thru my company on an H 1 my company has not done this before. Although first I want this question answered. Are the H 1 visa lottery filled up yet for 2009. I want the employee here by the end of October 2009.

The quota is not full yet, but will may be filled soon (could happen within the next few weeks). You may not have time to file a new H-1B petition for a worker for the next FY 2010.
