Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am going through a divorce and I have a protective order that was imposed, but has been removed by the judge. My problem is that when I travel and re-enter the US I am getting detained / delayed. How can I get this removed. I have the signed order from the judge. Is there a mailing address I can send this to to have this removed? Thanks
