If a person passes away and has left his entire estate to his life partner, who is an illegal immigrant, is that person able to inherit property including a house, cars, etc.? Can this home be put in an illegal immigrants, with no status at all, name? This is in the state of Florida.

That person needs to set up a conference with a Florida probate attorney. There are many hurdles to jump over.
