Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Car Liabilty Insurance
I am selling a car that a person wants to take over payments on that is financed. They want me to keep it in my name, is there a legal way to transfer registration and insurance to them with out my being liable for any accidents or responsible for any liablilty? I do not want to be sued or my Insurance to be affected if there are any problems.
