Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I was recently fired because i told another worker i would nodd at him next time he screws up because he did it to me. They said i threatened to beat him up and the managers believed them. Then a week after she yelled at me and said i cost them money in lost sales and i took 3 hours to make a delivery which i had to pay for because the guy only gave me $5 of the bill. and because i didnt notice that the orders were mixed up she never yelled at the guy boxing them. It was a very busy night and mistakes are made on busy nights. I was called in early that day and had 3 deliveries as soon as i got in the manager said they were free and then later said i lost the sales on 8 orders or so. It was his choice to give them for free and they blame the drivers. What can i do?

Probably not much that is worth pursuing. Start looking for another job.
