Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I am applying for teacher certification in Florida. I recently got my juvenile record expunged. When filling out the application, should I still list the records expunged? It was just my juvenile record, and it should be completely gone, but it asks me to list records expunged.

If it asks you to list expunged records, then you need to list the expunged record on the application. The state can find expunged records regardless. Thus, better you disclose it in accordance with the request on the application as opposed to not disclosing it and they later discover that you failed to disclose.
