hr dep. accuses me of saying raciest remarks,also states i'am not a team player(hr dep. must not know i got a 4. on my review out of 5 for team work,i have a signed review from director of my dep.) tells you sign this if not we'll start the firing process.this is your warning! iwas not shown statements or cover page of warning just sign this or get escorted from property.i need my job in these times i just had a baby

You don't ask a question, so it is hard to comment. In Florida, if you do not have an emplyment contract that gives you special right, then you can be fired for almost any reason except race, religion, age or sex.
