Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Couple splits up and moves to own place. No lease or written agreement on items left in home. The party does not have a key or access to the premises. Now she wants what she left behind and reimbursement for expenses and for items purchased for the home. I live in Florida

sorry this does not make any legal sense. someone leaves and departs leaving things in that location. no access to that unit in the interim. after some period of time the former cohabitant wants to get the stuff left behind? the tenant who was left behind probably holds the goods a bailee or fiduciary with regard to those goods and had to keep them for the benefit of the other person. not sure what the reimbursement of expenses is for or items for the home. if there is no agreement there is not likely a way to enforce such a reimbursement right.
