motorcycle restrictions- private community

I live in a private community. the prospectus I signed 20 yrs ago restricted motorcycles.

with todays energy crisis, this is now an efficient and economical means of transportation.

Is there any way to get a moritorium or a law changed to allow for alternate transportation vehicles

You would need to get the communicty rules changed.
