Neighbor Issue has gotten out of control
I live in an apartment complex and my neighbor across the hal;l has gone completely insane.This dispute started when I called the office to complain about her barking dogs,SThe neighbor came over and verbally threatened me on 3 seperate ocassions.She has now decided she ill get a restraining order against me and is planning on coming over here tommorrow to have me arrested or to hurt me,I am not sure which.Is there anything I can do to get her to leave me alone?Does she have any grounds for a restraining order?I have never spoken to her,my husband talks to her for me.
