Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Is a four Sided inspection legal?

We live in a mobil home park. We own the home but lease the lot(we do not own the land). We have 484 homes in the development, the management is doing a four sided inspection, however it does not cover just the utillity's and the strucutaly soundness of the individual residencs. She is also taking pictures of the propertys including inside the peoples porches and in and around the sides of the houses. She is taking notice of clutter and the use of decroative plastic lattice work around the homes, car ports and the porches. The plant life and yard implements(wheelbarrows, ladders, lawnmowers) etc that are two big to fit inside the 10 by 12 foot shed allowed by the prospectus.

Everything she feels is to not to her liking has to be moved and or cleaned up. The whole idea of this copmmunity inspection was to try and finanly clean up the propertys since the Hurricanes. The manager has not cleaned up the damage to the street signs (only four out of twelve) have been fixed.

There a few other linger problems within the park that have also not been taken care of, Some people seem to think that this four sided inspection is an effort to take the pressure of the manager in as far as fixin the list of things not done.

Re: Is a four Sided inspection legal?

Although you failed to indicate whether you have an HOA running the mobile home I do not see any unreasonable conduct by the owner in enforcing its rules.
