Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Sister state judgement

Isn't there anyone that can help me make sure that I fill out the forms correctly for a sister-state judgement. No one is even interested in talking to me on the phone. It's just not right. I have already won the judgment but the landlord changed the title before I got the judgement lien. Now he's in default on his home and I can not get anyone to help me with the 5 forms I need completed. If they aren't filled out correctly, they will come back to me. This just doesn't seem fair that he can get away with this. Why ?

Re: Sister state judgement

This cannot be done correctly over the phone. The proper was would be to either retain an attorney to do it or pay for a consultation and do it yourself. Good luck.

If you have hit a 'road block', you should spend the money to have an attorney help you for a few hours to complete the forms. It should not be prohibitively expensive.
