Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

hospital law suit

can i sue if hospital admit to do procedure and discharge without doing the procedure? i was discharge instructions or infomation on procedure.

Medical malpractice cases are always difficult and always expensive. Even if you have a case, without significant permanent injury it is only the rarest of circumstances in which such a case can realistically be pursued. The Legislature has passed a host of laws that protect hospitals and other healthcare providers. Victims of malpractice have not been high on their priority list.
