Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Operation Preformed

5-2002, Went for oral surgery,Upper teeth removed,the oral

surgens said they performed the removel of gum bone hi-spots

(?phast),the bone was to be smooth to accept the denture,

1-2003, Went to a new dentist for a upper denture, he said the (?phast)(smoothing of the bone) was never perfomed.

1-14-2003, spoke to orginal dentist, the report he received

from the oral surgen was all operations performed.

1-14-2003, malpractice investagator said this doesn't consitute malpractice.

What area of law would this be concidered?

What is my next step?

If you did not receive what you paid for it is a breach of contract. Your damages are the cost of the procedure.
