Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I was taking Avandia in the past for diabetes. It has caused so many problems for me. I went to the hospital several times because I thought I was having a heart attack on once because I thought I was having a stroke. One of the affects from this Avandia is I am currently on medication to slow my heart rate to keep me from having a heart attack. Should I consult an attorney?
