Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

accident

i was recently involved in an accident that involved a man fleeing and alluding police, he turned down the street i was on and did not make the turn and hit me front on the drivers side at a high rate of speed(45) the posted speed is 30-35 miles per hour, i was comming to a stop at a stop sign moving around 10 miles per hour and my speed limit was 30 miles per hour, i was incopacitated at the seen and was tranfered to the hospital and had xrays. i had neck surgery two years ago and it made my condition worse since he hit me, i also have a disability case pending. i was wondering how i would get some compansation out of this as i am in more pain and discomfort now than i was before.

Re: accident

You may have several different methods available to you to obtain compensation. We are familiar with the methods used to obtain that compensation, whether from the driver of the other vehicle or possible from the city/county responsible for the police involved in the chase.

Please feel free to call us for a free consultation.

Re: accident

Make a claim against the offending vehicle. Make an uninsured motorist claim with your carrier. You may also have a claim against the municipality.
