When Filing a complaint in florida for a personal injury case, it is entitled just a Complaint, or a Verified Complaint?

A complaint need not be titled "Verified Complaint" but certainly can be if you wish. The word "complaint" will suffice. However, if you are not represented by a lawyer who will sign the complaint in your behalf, i.e., if you will be signing the complaint yourself and are not a licensed Florida lawyer, it is essential that the complaint be verified. Since the scope of the question does not address what constitutes verification, I will not address that.
