Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was driving on a major road, and pulled into a turn lane. As soon as I pulled into the lane, 2 people on foot ran into the side of my car. I had the right of way, there were witnesses and a police report that stated that the pedestrians were at fault. They appeared uninjured, but one of them did go to the hospital. Do they have any legal recourse against me? Even if not, will they still be able to file suit against me?

Sure, they can sue. I see no reason that they would. Doesn't look like a case I would consider taking.

Agree, but call your insurance company to report it so that its agents can speak to the witnesses.
