Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

laceration on hand while renting a vacation condo as i was reaching for a glass that i did not know was broken,. ruined vacation, 13 stiches to hand. had to leave early, could not go in pool or be in the water at the beach. no insurance had to pay out of pocket, need to follow up with my own doc, another fee! how much do you think my claim is worth?
