Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Letter of Protection

My lawyer has recieved my settlement check. I signed a letter of protection for my medical services. I am disputing the charges that the doctors have made. They are charging me for things that weren't done, for time that they actually did not spend with me. Can I opt to pay them 5 dollars a month or can I dispute the charges what can I do?
