Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I am a real estate agent in FL and had a home listed for sale. Another agent requested to show my listing to his client. After the details of the showing were confirmed, the agent and his buyer went to see the house. While the other agent was showing the home to his client, the client missed a step in to a sunken den area and fell breaking both ankles. The homeowner did not have homeowners insurance, so the buyer is sueing me for medical fees. Is there a case here?
