Re: slip and fall

You have a claim. You must demonstrate the presence of the water as the cause of your fall. you also have to demonstrate that the water is present for an amount of time sufficient to have provided the owner an opportunity to clean up the water before you fell. please contact me with any other questions.

Re: slip and fall

Was this "hospital function" at the convention center a WORK function? Meaning, was the convention center rented by your employer, and/or were you required to attend as an employee? If yes, it is possible that your employer may share liability and a worker's comp claim may be involved.

When you retain an attorney, discuss this possibility with him/her.
