Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

So here is my story. On May 3rd 2010 i crashed into this girl's car afterschool. I rear-ended her and was at fault. She claimed no injuries at the time of the accident. About 2 weeks later my insurance covered her car and her doctors appointment for a checkup after the crash; my car was totalled because i had it financed and it was worth less than I owed. It is now August 4th 2010 and she has hired an attorney and he has contacted my insurance company on a claim for lost wages and injuries. Obviously they plan on pressing charges. Here are my questions: if anything was wrong wouldn't it have shown up when she had a full body M.R.I.?, will i have to pay another deductible even though i payed it before when the accident had occured?, and lastly who do you think the judge would rule in favor of?. I am very stressed because i am only 17 years old, this could really screw me over for the rest of my life. I had plans to go to college and travel but now I am so unsure of everything.

Thank You for Your Time.

Calm down. If you had liability insurance, the insurance company lawyers will take care of everything. The impotant thing is to tell them you want then to settle the case within your policy limits and not take a chance at trial. Send this letter to them by certified mail, return reciept. This protects you against an exesss judgment.
